We are up to our old tricks again, but completely different this time. My husband Rick and I have created in so many different ways, from Disney Imagineering (where this picture was taken) to Comic con booths, art shows and sleepless nights trying make deadlines for showcases. A grand new leaf is turning over for both of us, taking risks and trusting each others gut feels and go forwards. I can’t let out what secrets we took on during the pandemic. We all had to change on a dime, but if this gives you any comfort… believe in yourself and what you want in this life, and with your whole heart, BELIEVE.. and it’ll find you. With the projects I’m heading into, they’ll take all the courage I have, and with losing my little soul dog mate Radio to a fiery 6 month heart wrenching demise during covid, strength has been hard to come by for your favorite elf. I send you love and strength… or as my sweet Ricky-dee always says, ‘fortitude love’… we can go into this new world and create new sculptures from the broken. I know I’m going to surprise myself.
